Return & Cancellation

24 hour cooling off period

We do allow a 24 hour cooling off period where you are able to cancel / modify your order by contacting us via our contact form quoting your order number and intention of change or cancellation. In case of cancellation a 5% fee will be deducted to cover our transaction fees with the payment service providers. After the initial 24 hour period it may still be possible to modify the order but is dependent on the status of the product build and is not guaranteed. 

Orders that are cancelled after the 24 hour cooling off period but before shipping will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to account for production costs, transaction fees and administration cost.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our products. If during this period (starting from and including the delivery day) you find you are not entirely satisfied with the product you can return it for a refund. This arrangement is only valid for non-cancelled, shipped orders and intended to let you judge your purchase.

Sun Audio must be contacted by the end of the 30th day to inform us of your intention to return the product. The product must be shipped back to Sun Audio at the purchasers expense and responsibility, in its original packaging, and must be received in perfect as new condition. If any damage is present you may lose part or all of the refund value.
