Shipping policy
At Sun Audio, we take particular care to ensure that your order arrives safely. All Purified 5 systems are shipped in purpose-designed protective packaging using an insured delivery service with tracking.
1. Shipping Destinations and Rates
We ship to selected destinations worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination and the products ordered.
For the Purified 5 System, our standard shipping rates are:

Shipping zones are logistics classifications and do not necessarily correspond to geographical or customs boundaries.
The applicable shipping charge is calculated automatically using your delivery address and displayed at checkout before payment. The checkout amount is the shipping charge applicable to your order.
Shipping charges for other products or additional subwoofers may differ. When products with different shipping rates are ordered together, the applicable combined shipping charge is displayed at checkout.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We use UPS or another suitable professional carrier to deliver our products. Shipments are insured and include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information so that you can follow its progress.
Our products are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
3. Processing and Delivery Times
Estimated transit times are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination and selected shipping service.
These estimates refer to transit after dispatch and do not include order preparation or any applicable production lead time.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance, local processing or other circumstances outside our direct control.
We will inform you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
4. Taxes, Duties and Customs
Applicable taxes and import charges depend on your delivery destination.
For destinations where Sun Audio collects applicable taxes or import duties, these amounts are calculated and displayed at checkout.
For destinations where import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges are not collected by Sun Audio, the recipient may be required to pay these charges to the carrier or relevant authorities.
Any applicable charges and their treatment will be indicated during checkout. Customers are responsible for import charges that are expressly identified as not included in their order.
Customs procedures and clearance times are determined by the relevant authorities and may affect delivery.
5. Receiving Your Order
Please inspect the external packaging when your order arrives.
If you notice visible damage, we recommend documenting it with photographs and informing the carrier where possible.
If the packaging or products appear damaged, or if any items are missing or incorrect, please contact Sun Audio promptly so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
Reporting transport damage promptly helps us resolve the issue efficiently. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by any delay in reporting it.
6. Returns and Return Shipping
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, as explained in our Returns & Cancellations Policy.
Sun Audio will arrange collection of eligible returns using our designated carrier.
For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of return transport. The applicable return collection charge is the same as the standard outbound shipping rate for the original delivery destination, as disclosed before purchase.
