Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If you change your mind, the following cancellation and return conditions apply.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped, please contact Sun Audio as soon as possible and include your order number.
Orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded in full using the original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the return procedure below applies.
14-Day In-Home Evaluation
We want you to be able to experience your Sun Audio system in your own listening environment.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If an order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period begins when the final item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact Sun Audio within the 14-day period and clearly state your decision to withdraw from the purchase. Please include your order number.
Return Collection
Sun Audio will arrange collection of the products using our designated carrier.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. For Sun Audio-arranged returns, the return shipping cost is the same as the standard shipping rate applicable to your original delivery destination.
The applicable shipping rate is shown before purchase and can also be found in our Shipping Policy.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will provide the necessary return shipping documents and arrange collection with you.
Packaging
Our products are supplied in purpose-designed protective packaging. Please retain all original packaging during the 14-day evaluation period.
For a return, the products should be carefully repacked in their original protective packaging and prepared for collection in accordance with our return instructions.
Using the original packaging helps protect the products during transport and reduces the risk of damage.
Product Condition
You may inspect and evaluate the products to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
We therefore recommend taking particular care of the products, accessories and packaging during the evaluation period.
Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, Sun Audio will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery service.
If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery service, any additional delivery cost is not refundable.
The direct cost of the Sun Audio-arranged return collection, as described above, will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
The return costs described above apply to returns made under the right of withdrawal because you have changed your mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Sun Audio as soon as possible. We will arrange the appropriate solution and, where applicable, collection at our expense.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods.
Business Purchases
The statutory right of withdrawal described above applies to consumers. Purchases made for business or professional purposes may be subject to different return conditions.
